Navigation/Navigators, comes from the Medical and Social Work fields, where trained professionals assist families and patients with navigating systems that feel like labyrinths. For example; medical, legal, educational.
Instead of only helping you with one system or a single process, BOSS provides direct support for a variety of needs. I leverage my passion for people and years of executive administrative experience. To navigate complex systems and forge a path towards meeting your needs.
BOSS chases creative solutions to your everyday problems. BOSS is proud to offer a variety of support services: high-school to college transition help, gender affirming transition assistance. We organize your important documents, can research for event or travel plans, and more. For people who want to start that next chapter of their life. How it Works
1.Exploration Conversation
- complimentary initial 30-45min conversation so I can hear more about your goals and intentions.
2. Contract
Contract - After our conversation, I will send over a contract. It will include an estimation of how long it will take to reach your goal.
Contracts are for a defined amount of time, usually a minimum of 3 months
Payment - I’ll send a way to make your first payment
My rate works out to about $150 per hour.
Intake Stage - Collect relevant personal information (DOB, passwords, etc.). If needed, Schedule a time to scan documents in-person.
3. Kick-off Session
We’ll co-create a Work Plan & send you a signable version to sign off on at the end of the session.
4. Work Completion
I’ll start working on your project
I are looped into updates and ongoing action items as needed.
You may reach out with any of your questions during the time of our work so that I may answer them during my working hours.
You have a secure and organized way of accessing your sensitive information.
5. Touchpoint Sessions
We’ll meet to touch base on where this project is and what the next steps are Typically weekly or bi-weekly.
We’ll set up a schedule at the Kick-off session. Rinse and repeat until successful!
